INTERSECTIONS

this is a multimedia project combining

story-telling with an exploration of memory in relation to space, documenting the places which have marked our lives in significant ways as people who have lived and studied in 

New York City.

these are streets, corners, intersections that are tied to specific moments in our lives, functioning as the physical setting for memories that are meaningful, traumatic, pivotal to our personal experience.

these are places which we share as a city,

places colored by our own perspectives, circumstances and narratives.
